Our Team

Walking Alongside Nonprofits, Together

Support Cabarrus is powered by a small core staff and a network of experienced nonprofit professionals who believe in strengthening our sector through collaboration.

Our team model reflects how we work:
locally rooted, peer-informed, and deeply committed to helping nonprofit organizations thrive.

Our Staff

Our staff lead the day-to-day capacity-building work of Support Cabarrus — coordinating services, facilitating discovery conversations, and serving as consistent partners to the organizations we support.

Staff members bring experience across nonprofit operations, strategy, and community engagement, and work closely with agencies to scope needs, align resources, and walk alongside them through each engagement.

Together, they ensure our work is thoughtful, responsive, and grounded in the realities nonprofits face every day.

A Cabarrus County native, Jenn is passionate about creating practical, sustainable solutions that help mission-driven organizations thrive.
